Loved this and completely resonate. An ex entrepreneur myself, I take pride in saying I work for someone else, knowing I don’t need to hustle 24/7 or stress about things breaking down or needing to be ‘on’ all the time. With work flexibility at most companies, it’s a true blessing to be able to WFH and switch off at 5. Everyone is different but I think it’s super important to know what comes with running a business - your health for one, is what typically crashes, and for me, it was a long road of recovery. Know what you want, and have more time to just ‘be’ - read substacks and do as you please. What a blessing it is. Thanks for sharing Alexa!

Thank you Natasha!! Isn't it so interesting how we all seem to be reaching the same conclusions lately? It takes a specific type of personality to thrive off of what's required to sustainably run a business, and it sounds like we both learnt the hard way that we're not one of them haha. Your health is the most important thing! I hope you're okay now! And I hope more people realise there's nothing wrong with a 9-5, in many ways it can actually create more freedom. So glad it resonated xx
